Terms of Sale

1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products between FloatingHangar43 and customers ordering through floatinghangar43.store.
2. Products
- Manufactured individually to order
- Numbered and registered
- 3D-printed with high-quality PLA materials
- Produced under an authorised commercial licence
3. Prices
Prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you confirm the order.
4. Order process
- You receive a confirmation email
- Production starts within 1–3 business days
- Manufacturing takes 7–14 business days
- Shipping takes place once manufacturing is complete
5. Shipping
- Central Europe (Germany, France, Austria): 3–5 business days
- Northern and Southern Europe: 5–8 business days
- All shipments include tracking
6. Liability
FloatingHangar43 is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, carrier incidents, etc.).
7. Intellectual property
Model designs belong to their original authors; FloatingHangar43 operates under an authorised commercial licence. Commercial reproduction of purchased models is prohibited.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law and EU regulations, without prejudice to your consumer rights in your EU country of residence.
