Returns & Refunds Policy

Made-to-order products
Every model is manufactured individually to order. Each unit is numbered and produced specifically for the buyer, so as a rule we cannot accept withdrawal returns once production has started.
Exceptions — when we do accept returns
In those cases, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs at floatinghangar43@gmail.com.
- The product arrives damaged in transit
- The product has manufacturing defects
- The product received does not match the order
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Claim process
- Email floatinghangar43@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Attach photos of the product and packaging
- We reply within 48 hours
- For defective items we ship a free replacement or issue a full refund
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
